Here’s What’s Shakin’!

Although Just Add X is an easy two step process, add ice and shot,
we dare you to try these amazing recipes! This is for the advanced moxologists!

B-3 (Bubbles, Berries, and Basil)

Garnish: Lime wheel

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Tequila (Vodka or Rum will work here too)
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 2 raspberries
  • 1 strawberry
  • 2 blackberries
  • 2oz fresh lemonade
  • 2oz Berry Smashed mixer
  • ½ squeezed fresh lemon
  • 1-2oz Sparkling Wine/Champagne

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle basil leaves and berries together
  2. Add ice to the pint glass and add vodka, lemonade, lemon squeeze, and Berry Smashed
  3. Shake with a martini shaker and strain back into the pint glass
  4. Whatever room is left in the glass, top with sparkling wine
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel

BERRY SMASHED COSMO

Garnish: Lime twist

Ingredients:

  • 2oz vodka of choice (also works with Blanco Tequila)
  • .5oz Triple Sec
  • 1oz cranberry juice
  • 2oz Berry Smashed mixer
  • 2 squeezed wedges of lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients above into a martini shaker
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass
  3. Garnish rim of glass with lime twist.

BERRY SMASHED FIZZ (Seltzer or Spiked Seltzer)

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 2oz Berry Smashed mixer
  • 2oz Vodka (Tequila or Rum will work here too)
  • ½ squeezed Lime
  • Spiked Seltzer flavor of choice (Raspberry and Lime were the two best, pretty much every flavor worked well though).
    Club soda will work here too.

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle strawberries
  2. Add ice to the pint glass as well as the Vodka, squeezed lime, and Berry Smashed
  3. Shake and strain into pint glass full of fresh ice
  4. With what room is left in the glass, add spiked seltzer to the top
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.

BERRY SMASHED MOJITO

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Rum (also works with Blanco Tequila and Vodka)
  • 2oz Berry Smashed mixer
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 7-9 mint leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon of white sugar
  • Club Soda

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle 3 lime wedges with mint leaves and sugar
  2. Once properly muddled, add ice, rum, and Berry Smashed to glass.
  3. Give it a good shake with your shaker and pour back into pint glass.
  4. Top the glass with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

Blackberry Stubborn Mule

Garnish: Blackberry and slice of ginger on a sword or pick

Ingredients:

  • 4 blackberries
  • 2 slices of peeled and muddled fresh ginger (.25” thick cut)
  • 1.5oz Gin (works well with vodka and tequila too)
  • 3oz Stubborn Mule mixer
  • ½ squeezed lime

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle fresh blackberries and ginger together
  2. Add ice, gin, Stubborn Mule, and squeezed lime to the muddled pint glass
  3. Shake and strain into bucket glass filled with fresh ice
  4. Garnish and serve.

Kombucha-Rita

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Tequila (Vodka or Rum will work here too)
  • ½ squeezed fresh lime
  • 2oz Stubborn Mule mixer
  • 4oz GT’s Trilogy Kombucha

Instructions:

  1. Fill pint glass with ice
  2. Add tequila, squeezed lime, and Stubborn Mule
  3. Top with GT’s Trilogy Kombucha
  4. Garnish and serve.

JAX Mule

Garnish: Mint sprig and lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Bourbon of choice (works with Vodka, Rum, or Tequila too)
  • 2oz Stubborn Mule
  • 2oz Ginger Beer
  • ½ squeezed lime

Instructions:

  1. Fill mug with ice
  2. Combine all ingredients over ice in copper mug
  3. Squeeze lime over the top
  4. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.

Stubborn Mule Beer

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 12oz bottle Negra Modelo
  • ½ squeezed lime
  • 2oz Tequila (vodka or rum will work here too)
  • 1.5oz Stubborn Mule mixer
  • 3-4 slices of peeled and muddled ginger (sliced .25 inches thick)

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle fresh ginger
  2. Add ice to the pint glass
  3. Add tequila, lime, and Stubborn Mule mixer
  4. Shake and strain ingredients into a pint glass full of fresh ice.
  5. Top with Negra Modelo Beer to the top of the glass
  6. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.

Pineapple Stubborn Mule

Garnish: Pineapple wedge / Lime wheel

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of canned or fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1.5oz Rum
  • ½ squeezed Lime
  • 2oz Stubborn Mule mixer
  • 2-3oz Ginger Beer of Choice

Instructions:

  1. Muddle pineapple chunks in an empty pint glass
  2. Add ice, rum, lime squeeze, and Stubborn Mule to the pint glass
  3. Shake and strain into copper mug full of fresh ice
  4. Top with ginger beer of choice
  5. Garnish and serve.

Watermelon Pepino

Garnish: Cucumber wheel or watermelon wedge with a Tajin Chili Salt Rim

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 sliced (1” cubes) Fresh Watermelon
  • 1.5oz Blanco Tequila
  • 3oz S.O.B. mixer
  • ½ fresh squeezed lime

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle watermelon cubes
  2. Fill pint glass with ice
  3. Add tequila, squeezed lime, and S.O.B
  4. Shake well and strain into chili rimmed snifter glass full of fresh ice
  5. Garnish and serve.

Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

Garnish: Cucumber wheel

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Blanco Tequila (vodka works well here too)
  • ½ fresh squeezed lime
  • 3oz S.O.B. mixer
  • 2 slices jalapeño (1/2” cut, deseeded)
  • 3 slices cucumber (peeled and sliced)

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle fresh cucumber and jalapeno together
  2. Fill pint glass with ice
  3. Add tequila, squeezed lime, and S.O.B
  4. Shake and pour ingredients into bucket glass
  5. Garnish and serve.

Cucumber Jalapeño Mojito

Garnish: Lime wedge and mint sprig

Ingredients:

  • 11.5oz Vodka (also works with Blanco Tequila and Rum)
  • 2oz S.O.B. mixer
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 7-9 mint leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon of white sugar
  • Club Soda

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle 3 lime wedges with mint leaves and sugar
  2. Once properly muddled, add ice, rum, and S.O.B. to glass
  3. Give it a good shake with your shaker and pour back into pint glass
  4. Top the pint glass with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

Spicy Shooter

Garnish: Chile salt dusted lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 1oz chilled Blanco Tequila (Vodka will work too)
  • 1oz S.O.B. mixer
  • 6-8oz Modelo Especial or chilled beer of choice

Instructions:

  1. Combine chilled tequila and S.O.B. into a shot glass
  2. Fill up chilled pint glass halfway with Modelo Especial
  3. Dip lime wedge in Tajin Chili Salt and place on side of pint glass
  4. Drop shot glass into beer and chug!
  5. Lick and bite the lime.

Cucumber Jalapeño Paloma

Garnish: Grapefruit slice / Tajin Chili Salt Rim

Ingredients:

  • 2oz grapefruit juice
  • 2oz S.O.B. mixer
  • 2oz Tequila Blanco (Mezcal or Vodka will work too)
  • 2oz Squirt (or Grapefruit Soda of choice)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except grapefruit soda) over ice in an empty glass
  2. Shake and strain ingredients into chili salt rimmed pint glass full of fresh ice
  3. Top with grapefruit Soda
  4. Garnish with Grapefruit Wedge.

Cucumber Jalapeño Cooler
(soda or spiked seltzer)

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2oz pineapple Juice
  • 2oz S.O.B. mixer
  • 2oz Vodka (Tequila or Rum will work here too)
  • ½ squeezed Lime
  • Spiked Seltzer Flavor of Choice (Watermelon and Lime were the two best, pretty much every flavor worked well). Club Soda will work here too.

Instructions:

  1. In a pint glass full of ice, combine pineapple juice, S.O.B. half of a squeezed lime, and Vodka
  2. Shake well and pour into pint glass full of fresh ice
  3. With what room is left in the glass, add spiked seltzer to the top
  4. Garnish with lime wedge.

Blueberry Booch

Garnish: Lemon wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vodka (Works with Tequila or Gin too)
  • 2oz Blue Teaz mixer
  • 6oz GT’s Gingerberry Kombucha

Instructions:

  1. Fill pint glass with ice
  2. Combine all ingredients over ice
  3. Garnish and serve.

Blueberry Arnold Palmer

Garnish: Lemon wedge and mint sprig

Ingredients:

  • 6oz lemonade
  • 2oz Blue Teaz mixer
  • 2oz Vodka (Rum will work here too)

Instructions:

  1. Fill pint glass with ice
  2. Combine all ingredients over ice
  3. Garnish and serve.

Blueberry Red Bull

Garnish: Lime or lemon wedge

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Vodka
  • 5-6 fresh blueberries
  • 2oz Blue Teaz mixer
  • 2-3oz Blueberry (or regular) Red Bull

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle blueberries
  2. Add ice to pint glass
  3. Add vodka and Blue Teaz
  4. Shake and strain ingredients into snifter glass full of fresh ice
  5. With what room is left in the snifter glass, add blueberry Red Bull to the top of the glass
  6. Garnish and serve.

Blueberry Tea Mojito

Garnish: Lime wedge and mint sprig

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Rum (also works with Blanco Tequila and Vodka)
  • 2oz Blue Teaz mixer
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 7-9 mint leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon of white sugar
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. In an empty pint glass, muddle 3 lime wedges with mint leaves and sugar
  2. Once properly muddled, add ice, rum, and Blue Teaz to pint glass
  3. Give it a good shake with your shaker and pour back into pint glass
  4. Top the pint glass with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.

POM Fizz

Garnish: Lemon twist

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 squeezed lemon
  • 1.5oz vodka
  • 2oz Blue Teaz mixer
  • 1oz POM Wonderful Juice
  • 1-2oz Sparkling Wine/Champagne

Instructions:

  1. Fill bucket glass with ice
  2. Add vodka, Blue Teaz, Pom Juice, and squeezed lemon
  3. Stir with straw or spoon
  4. Add champagne to whatever room remains in the glass
  5. Place lemon twist over top of glass.
